Ordering from Liberty Fish couldn't be easier. Each week, I send out a friendly reminder (including some food for thought and a recipe of the week) stating that orders are due in (either via email or phone) by a certain day and time (typically 2 days before delivery).
Once all orders are placed, I then call boston the day before delivery to confirm availability and market prices. I then confirm your order and payment due the day/evening before delivery.
PAYMENT: Payment may be in the form of cash or check made payable please to "Liberty Fish". Please note, that there is a $2 delivery fee that I like to waive for the first order.
DELIVERY: Delivery takes place either Tuesday or Thursday afternoon/early evening depending on your address. Please note that all fish is picked up from Boston and delivered twice a week. All orders are bagged with sufficient ice. Simply leave a cooler out at a predetermined location with payment inside the cooler. This system allows for delivery to take place without you needing to be home. Unless otherwise stated, the majority of deliveries are completed by 6 p.m. In a nutshell, just place your order, I will confirm it, leave a cooler and payment out and the rest is taken care of!
